Foundations

The Methodology

Rooted in the methodologies of Respectful Confrontation® and Fierce Civility, this work brings together disciplines that are rarely embodied — and even more rarely integrated into our daily lives.

Somatic awareness & body-based practices

Nervous system regulation and applied neuroscience

Wisdom from martial arts & contemplative practices

Advanced communication & conflict navigation tools

The Experience

This is not a Seminar,
it is a Journey into the Self

"You will not only leave with more concepts. You will walk away reset, restored, and ready to meet what is in front of you."

Are you ready to go beyond knowledge into lived experience?

This 2.5-day experience is specially designed for experienced facilitators, coaches, consultants, and leaders who feel called to courageously meet the challenges of our time, who are already familiar with somatic or embodied approaches, and have experience facilitating groups or coaching individuals in high-pressure contexts.

Prior exposure to Respectful Confrontation® is not required, but bring a grounded practice background and a genuine appetite for depth, not introduction.

This immersive experience will take theory and put it into experiential practice and exploration. This training will be a journey into the self, tapping into new internal resources of power and embodied wisdom.

Combined with both theory and practice, Joe will also:

  • Provide historical context for the esoteric and philosophical lineages from which he has distilled the practices.
  • Share some of the deeper, hidden power and “mechanics” of these methodologies.
  • Offer insights into the “behind-the-scenes” methods he has used, particularly in high-stress environments.
  • Share subtle ways to creatively and safely turn resistance from others into unexpected opportunities for healing and growth.

Along with segments that include instruction, practice and application, the participants will also receive personalized attention from Joe during the workshop. This will include on-the-spot coaching, as well as individual and group processing, as a way to help facilitate personal transformation and the opening to new levels of creativity and clarity.
