Beth Applegate is the founder of Applegate Consulting Group (ACG), a collaborative practice with three decades of experience with national and international not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions and governmental agencies. She is a practitioner, coach and facilitator of organization development; Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion; Somatic; and Intercultural Development Inventory. Beth designs containers and facilitates processes for clients to examine power, privilege and dominant culture norms in order to translate organizational core values into daily behavior and practices. She draws upon three decades in leadership roles with state, national and European organizations, as well as two decades of facilitating white-bodied caucus space to practice harm reduction, accountability processes and skills building. Beth is a certified facilitator of Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ program and has certification in Polarity Thinking™ Mastery. She is a Senior Member of the Enneagram in Business Network, and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Beth is also an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator, and a member of the national Catalyst-Ed’s diversity, equity and inclusion Expert Hub. She serves as faculty for National Training Institute Human Interaction Labs. Beth is also an active contributor to the field of applied behavior science and has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles for academic journals.
